You feel good right? Some days you just get up, and nothing seems to trouble you no matter what it is. It’s difficult to explain these days. It’s not like your invincible or unstoppable, you're just tranquil, and that seems to make a difference. If you break it down, it probably has something to do with homeostasis and serotonin. If you don’t know what I mean, look it up if you want to understand your mood swings a little better. (It’s your body’s internal balance system).

Sunrise and sundown go together, you can’t have one without the other. So in the same way, you can’t have good days, without the bad ones. It is an essential part of life, and I hope you will remember that the next time you feel bad, because it makes room for the good. That also implies that we should just enjoy days like this, that means not hold onto them, because they have to pass, just as day have to turn tonight. It’s how the world really works. That’s why I believe it is foolish to pursue happiness. You can’t get eternal happiness, but does that matter? It is our knowledge of bad, that makes good worth having.

@rasmusrygh It is our search for meaning, that makes life worth living, not the happiness which is fleeting, fickle, and sometimes demeaning.
