Recently I got to know about one interesting technique for setting new goals. It's for people who feel stuck and don't know what to do. Also, it's for people who feel that they can do better. So, it's for all people, for all us.
It's not a secret that goal was set correctly will be achieved. How to do it correctly? Mmm? How do you usually set goals? Maybe, do you to visualize it?
Some people stops on visualization of their goal. It's mistake, because our brain thinks that we achieve the goal already and give us less energy. Even our blood pressure falls down when we dream about our goals! It's amazing and shows that we shouldn't stop on this step.
What to do after visualization?
Minasan (ladies and gentlemen in Japanese), today I want to introduce you WOOP.
