Doing some sports activity is simply super important. Since my comeback home (February 2018) I did nothing almost a whole year, I have been just running a few times but that's it and that affect my life a lot, at work, I was without energy. Usually only Monday I could work normally but other weekdays my productivity was getting low. I mean I am definitely a lazy person, haha but if you have no power you tend to be unfocused and unproductive much sooner. I would say my productivity could increase not 5% but around 50% cuz of boxing (and it's still just a few weeks). Getting the body in shape it's not so important (just a nice side effect) but to have good cardio is life changing! (if I am talking about myself:)).
The other reason is a little funnier but still important. I am not going to boxing alone but with my boss! He is also my friend but still a boss. If there is some problem during the day and we are mad at each other. We can resolve it in the ring! haha. We are also super good in thrash talking during the day so actually, we are looking forward to beating each other a.s. :))
