Turn-off challenge to wake up earlier

Waking up before 11 am used to be an impossible task for me. Over the years I have been staying up late and getting up irregularly, so it's hard to back to a healthy biological clock. However, I am proud to say that I succeed in waking up at 7 am every morning over a month. Though 7 am is not challenging for someone in the 5 am or 6 am club, it's really a success for me. I'll explain how did I do this.

# Find the key. I have a very annoying alarm clock: when it's ringing, you could hit it to stop, but it would ring again 5 minutes later until you turn it over and push off the button among the other precisely while you're sleepy. So turning off the alarm clock is kind of difficult, this process would let me wake. Unfortunately,  no longer than one week I am capable to take actions in less than 5 seconds without opening my eyes. 

Though I failed on waking up by turning off an alarm clock at the default way, it inspired me that the key is the turn-off challenge to start the next experiences. 

# The best turn-off challenge. Which is the best way to turn off the alarm and I could never ever accomplish it without waking up? I see. The first try is putting my lamp on my alarm clock, so I have to put away the lamp carefully before I could touch the off button in order not to break it. It took efforts for three days. The second try is putting my cellphone on the lamp. Those two precious barriers worked for another three days. The last try is adding my glasses on my cellphone. If I don't wake up clearly, my glasses would break, then my phone, then my lamp, it's quite a threatening challenge. It works until now.

      @5plus6 lol, you can do it! I still keep up the daily 6 am routine, but some time break on saturday
