A hard day to write. Writing ideas are usually elusive on Mondays.
Maybe it is me.
Monday is the only day of the week I go to the office. It is usually hectic. We start the day by reviewing the completed Trello tasks. New tasks are discussed and prioritised. The boss is around. That means work. There's always a small bug to fix, here or there, add that to the task that is assigned for the day. If I'm not careful, I often miss breaks.
Get to leave the office by 4:30 pm, because I have a 6 to 9 meeting to attend.
By the time I'm leaving the meeting with my backpack, I really can't tell who is dragging who, maybe it's my legs or something else.
Then I get home and there is absolutely nothing in my head to write about.
Just like this evening, it is 10:48 pm right now and I am just slapping my hands on the keyboard hoping these word count numbers get to two hundred.
Monday writings are hard, but I take solace in the words of Benjamin Franklin who said...
"One today is worth two tomorrows, what I am to be I am now becoming."
