I feel my life becomes clearer every day. It's the result of my habits and trying to change my life.
I changed attitude to success. I know what I am aiming for. I became more confident and positive. My productivity improved. I spend less time procrastinating.
That's amazing to feel and realize that you are doing something special what changes your life.
I'm not ideal, sometimes I procrastinate missing my goals and think negatively, but it doesn't matter. Why? Because I am human. Everyone has decline moments.
I just need to continue making progress and work on myself.
What is helping me? (For you and Olesya from future.)
- I stopped watching political videos on YouTube and noticed that I feel negative emotions less. To be honest, I don't understand how bloggers who make reviews on news, political things live. I think that their life has a lot of stress.
- I develop my habits every day. Every morning starts with physical, voice, and tongue (to roll "r") exercises. Also, I improve my English skills here.
- People don't care — that's what I tell me sometimes. It helps me to don't worry about my fails (but it also helps me to show personality). Fails are lessons.
- I love what I do.
- Started to walk (and move) more.
