The last time, I started to notice that I have when something is going on a way I am not expected. Every trifle can make me angry and upset. I am used to when everything is going how I expected or much better.
And to be honest, I don't know what to do with that. Maybe I should to keep my angry diary again where I write everything that makes me feel negative emotions? My experience showed me that this diary is a helper number one when you want to learn about yourself and improve your life.

I don't love that I lose time when something is going in a way I didn't expect. I am afraid to don't make what I want. So, the reason is that I don't make progress because I don't realize my dreams truly.
So I just need to regulate and become successful (in my eyes) to get rid of this feeling that appears when something goes wrong.
If someone reads it, do you have the same problem when you feel negative emotions when something is going like you not expected?
