I spent a lot of time on my morning routine. I can do it for 4 hours, maybe more. It's a lot of time for me and I start my day work day at 1 pm. I wake up at eight or nine am. I am not pleased with it too.
My morning routine is consist of physical exercise for pumped body, exercises for tongue, diction, voice and rolling the letter “r”, reading a book out loud, five minute of speaking in English and writing two hundred words. I don't include shower and breakfast into my morning routine, it's just ordinary things.
I am very glad, I love myself for self-development, but I don't want to spend a lot of time on these basic things. I need to regulate my morning and become more fast. I just distract usually and it's the reason of my snail-turtle-nature.
I know that I can do that. And when I will do that, I become the best girl in the world for myself!
The routine gets 30 + 20 + 30 + 5 + 30 = 1 hour 55 minutes. It's near 2 hours. So, distractions get 2 hours too.
What to do? I have to set time points for every daily task.
If I will get up at 7 am, I will finish the routine at 9 am.
You can't fly like a turtle because turtles don't fly, but you can still move like a snail, or maybe, make a turtle fly. (c)Olesya 2019
