It's funny how you always plan to be super productive on the weekends. All the things you gonna finish, wake up early and just go ... and then ...
Saturday is here, 11 AM and I am still in my bed hehe. Exactly how I planned hehe :).
Anyway .. I think everything is connected to good sleep (yes you are right Brandon :)). I wouldn't say I would struggle with sleeping but in recent days I usually wake up many times during the night. It's always just for a while and then I continue sleeping. It really affects how I feel in the morning. If I sleep without these breaks I am fresh and ready to have an awesome day but after these breaks, I am a little bit scattered.
I wouldn't say I don't sleep enough maybe it just affects my state of mind. I must think about it and I cannot get into the "ready" mode. What is the worst more I think about it (the feeling I am not 100%) more uncomfortable I am. Just neverending circle and the day is usually lost.
It is not happening often but still bothering me. I need to stop doing these "sleeping breaks" or somehow just refresh myself on the following day. Just set my mind that everything is all right and I can fully enjoy my day...
