I wake up at 10 am last month or two months. Then I lay on the bed for 30 minutes, fall asleep and wake up again at 11 am. Then I get up and do my morning physical exercises. It takes 40 minutes. After that, I have breakfast and take a shower.

I wake up at 10 am every morning last two month. Then I lay on my bed surfing social media and I fall asleep... After some time, I wake up again and feel that I'm missing my day. This feeling gets me up and I start my daily routine. The routine includes physical exercises, voice training, breakfast, and shower.

I prefer to start the day with voice training because it doesn't take a lot of energy and time. Also, morning training is much more effective than not morning training. After that, I make physical exercises. I noticed that if you do it every day, it become a habit and you can't miss it any longer. So, it's important to create good habits. They won't appear without your influence.

The routine takes two hours, sometimes a bit more and I start my day at 1pm or 2pm. 

I want to wake up earlier, at 7 o'clock or even at 6. And I try to do it. Today I got up at 7:40 am and I was really glad because I didn't oversleep today.

I should write 200 words in the morning because it's night now and I want to sleep so much.
