How to make the most use of 1 square meter? It's how large my space is in the office.
I have written a post "What're the differences between things on my desks with others?" about how I arrange my space to study in comfort. After the long vacation back to study again, it's out of date for my new requirements: more comfort, less inconvenience in the hot summer.
Interestingly, the following five steps have chain effects other than independently: the former let the later happen.
#1 I moved into the corner, only one way left for entrance.
#2 Except for the necessity: a few books, papers, and pens, I categorized and put away other things into three desk drawers.
#3 For the larger desk space, there is enough room for my two PC. The new one in golden is small and flexible to run programs, the older one in silver is large and suitable for reading documents. They make a perfect match.
#4 Since the golden-silver PC couple has occupied the whole desk, there is no place for writing in papers. But the problem was solved soon, I pulled out the standing drawer which is under the desk in the corner, then it became a new tiny table for my notebook and pens.
#5 The standing drawer was away left its former position for my little chair, where I could put my legs on it to relax. It's really a surprise.
