— This is a letter to my younger self. This self is not very much younger. Just about three or four hours younger. I feel that I really need to fix my sleep schedule. It's almost 3am, and as you understand, I'm not sleeping. I was working on a thing that is not yet ready, but I'll show it to you anyway. I could have woken up early in the morning and continued to work, but I chose to “finish” it today. I've made a great progress, and I'm feeling excited! However at the same time I am very tired and sleepy.
I will do my best to improve the situation tomorrow. First things first, I need to continue writing in the morning instead of leaving it for the night. I feel that it makes me go to bed even later. I'm trying to postpone it more and more until it's too late, like now.
By the way, I feel like I can write much-much better now, thanks to training every day! It really helps a lot. I want to get even more habits similar to this one. It doesn't take a lot of time or effort, however it makes a huge impact in long term. So, my younger self, would you go to sleep earlier, please?
