Okay, I confess, I am a bit frustrated these days, actually more than a bit, maybe byte or kilobyte, just kidding :-)
I am a work at home father and a serious side hustler. The biggest obstacle I am facing these days is to manage my time. I work online with people who live in a different time zone than me. In order to work and communicate with them, I need to be present during their working hours which mean I need to awake in the night. In the morning I also need to take care of my daughter because her mother goes to the job. So all this work-life pressor is making me frustrated. I want to get rid of some of my work but I also have early retirement pressure so I can't do that as well.
I am frustrated but it is okay to be frustrated. Frustration is the key to solve a problem, because of my frustration I continue thinking to get a solution for my problem and I think this is a good thing. Today I make my first hire so I can delegate some of my freelance tasks and buy some time for other important things..let's see how it goes.
