How to be a not sleepy sausage after waking up in the morning?

Remember: your bed is your close enemy in the morning. Your pillow is asking to be with it forever and your blanket is tempting you with immortal cozy warmth. When you wake up, your main dream is to stay in your warm bed, because it's cold outside. Eventually, you want to be tempted by your warm pillow and blanket, and don't get up.

Kiss your bed goodbye.

Kiss your bed goodbye if you want to wake up and to don't feel sleepy for the whole day.

I don't know what other people feel when they wake up, but I can speak in a point of me. I always feel sleepy in my bed when I wake up. And if I continue lying, I get to sleep and then I wake up with a bad mood, because of the waste of time and feeling sleepy.

So, you shouldn't be tempted to go to bed when you wake up again. You should get up even if you feel that you want to still lay. Remember: it's just a trick of your bed.

Your bed feels important when you lay on it.

@monolesan Have you explored why you feel sleepy when you wake up? Are you getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep per night?
