It's important to know yourself. Your habits, your behavior in any situations, what makes you happy, what makes you sad, how to improve your condition, when the best time to go to sleep for you, when the best time to wake up, what will you feel if you won't wake up at the best time, what will you feel if you will eat too much, how much time your eyes can watch on computer, what will you feel if you won't do physical morning exercises and eat not healthy food. This list doesn't have an end, because it based on your life and every human has his own list.
As you maybe noticed, this list consists of two groups: mental and physical health. These two groups are connected and relative. If your mental health is not good, your physical health will get injured.
Some times ago, I started to hear and learn yourself to improve my productivity and say bye to procrastination. And you know... I improved it. Now I feel much better, I changed my mindset and I started thinking positively.
How to get to know yourself?
I think that there are a lot of ways to know yourself, but I keep a diary. I explore my feelings and write down into a notebook my observations.
Now I know that I can be happy when I don't procrastinate. I don't procrastinate when I write a detailed to-do list. I know that the best time to go to sleep is 11 pm, the best time to wake up is 7:30 am. If I don't do physical exercises I don't feel my body. I know that I can't work on a computer for a long time without breaks. If I don't have breaks, my eyes hurt, when my eyes hurt, I have a headache. So, this list doesn't have an end.
