It has been 2 weeks now since the day that I have constantly walking and running for at least an hour per day. I think it is still too soon to say that this is a fix habit for me or possibly it has already become a daily habit? Hopefully it does.
I cannot believe that I am able able to acomplish it even though it is just a small effort. From my personal tracking, I have been improving stamina and constantly maintaining my speed pace through up and down hill. It is a good way to start 2019.
It is the same goes for writing. I have been writing none stop every day since the beginning of 200WAD. Every night before going to bed, my mind will automatically remind me to write. It is like an alarm rang in my head, triggering me to login to this platform and start writing. I have to be honest that there are times that I actually thought of just skipping one day but another part of me is telling me not to skip it. Good thing that I have always chosen the bright side and best part of it, I have written 50 posts without skipping a day as of today. Hurray!
