Dinosaurs stalk my dreams. A childhood spent yearning for the unimaginable has come back to haunt me. I look towards the past to understand the future. How did it get to this? Dr. Alan Grant told me to stay still, that safety lies in stillness, but I know that to be false. The only way out is through, and the only way to stay safe is to keep moving. Persevere. Apply this to everything in life. Like writing. The best way to keep it going is to keep it going. Like Malcom says, life finds a way. So will I. Keep moving, and don't stop. Keep writing, don't stop. Shoehorn a bunch of dinosaur references into your writing, just because that's what popped into your head the first time you sat down to write. Go with the flow. And as you keep going, it gets easier. Fuck Dr. Grant. His advice will get you killed. Get away from that dinosaur. Eventually, you will find that the dinosaur wasn't so big and scary after all. In fact, in the end, that dinosaur is gonna start looking real small. Until eventually, you're going to turn around and realize it's just a chicken.
