It's hard to start to do something again when you didn't do it for a long time. For me, this "something" is physical exercises. Well, every day I woke up and started my day with morning physical exercises. Once, I wanted to eat since the morning and decided to eat and to do exercises later. I did it in the evening and I decided that it's the best time to do this activity. I acted like that for four days, then I wasn't at home in the evening for some days. And I stopped to do physical activity.
Today I tried to do that, but it was so hard for me, I couldn't move, I didn't want to do it.
The key to success is consistent steps.
Because you make success your habit. That's good when your habit is scheduled. For example, it's a daily habit or two days you work and two days you rest habit.
Also, it's very difficult to wake up in the morning. When I did morning exercises, it was stimulation to wake up.
I think that I definitely need to back my morning habits. It is an important thing for your success.
