I stopped learning how to code back in 2016. The curriculum at the time involved Javascript so I didn’t get that far and I stopped while at HTML and CSS.

Today is a different day and I want to give this another shot -- I want to get back into coding again.

Instead of going right with JS, I am currently doing a refresher course in HTML and CSS - to get myself into the coding mental flow.

The other reason I am trying this for the second time is that self-paced courses need the self-discipline to finish -- the moment you start procrastinating, you’re done.

That’s a big challenge for me -- finishing these online courses.

Another challenge I encountered was like what most new learners face -- looking and finding the “right” supporting resources/course materials when faced with an obstacle, as there no one to help you right away -- at least in my own experience.

If there is any self-taught coder here reading this, please show me where I can get more direct help from the internet should I hit another roadblock (think; StackOverflow).

Do you know any active coding forums where I can learn and interact with other new coders?

Time to get back into coding exercises.
