About a year ago, I became interested in self-improvement. I started reading all sorts of highly recommended books like "How to win friends and influence people", "7 habits of highly effective people" or "atomic habits". But reading only counts when it’s retained and put into practice. And that's where I struggled the most. All the great tips given by these self-help books make total sense to me, but applying them to my daily life was quite hard.
So I joined the self-improvement subreddit, where people share their helpful and civil ideas, tips, and advice on how others can improve themselves.
But I was still looking for a site where all this advice is compiled in one place. So I started doing my own research to list all proven methodologies about self-improvement. In addition, I built a tool called "90 day life" where you can create a plan for improvements in different parts of your life every 90 days.
This tool should help you taking action on your dreams and goals. Furthermore, I try to build up a community of self-improvers. I created a compiled list of books, apps and other resources that help you becoming the best version of yourself.
Please leave a feedback below if you would like to beta-test it or help me building it :)
