As I have accumulated more and more post I have lost track of all the topics I have written. There have been so many, and often there are more than one posts worth of writing about a topic. Other times, after a while there might be something new to say about something I have previously written. And finally, sometimes I do notice myself writing about the same old thing over and over again.
It's really hard to write about something new every day. I don't always have the energy to come up with something new and interesting. Or dig deeper into one of the topics I have only touched on the surface previously.
Sometimes I just write about mundane things. I write about my day or a random review of some new thing I have seen or gotten. Simple things that don't mean much but are easy to write about. The topic is conveniently at hand.
And then there are the days I don't want to write anything. At least anything meaningful. Maybe I'm tired, or just not feeling it. I just want to get it done as soon as possible and with minimal effort. So I just spit out words paying attention to the word count and stop as soon as I hit 200.
