Earlier, I wrote about how I decide my schedule for the rest of the semester. Now, here's how my schedule looks like every Monday-Thursday since Friday-Sunday, I have a very loose schedule.
5:10 am First alarm goes off.
5:30 am Second alarm goes off. Grab my phone, turn off the airplane mode I set earlier.
6:00-6:30 am Slowly getting up after turning off the alarm. Drink water, take my medication, open the curtain, meditate for 5 minutes, shower.
7:00-7:30 Writing a journal, Read few pages, Breakfast and get ready to school.
8:00–9:00 am Make the short walk to class. It usually 20 minutes unless I want to stop by the lake just to enjoy the morning scenery.
9:30– 3:30 pm Most of my classes are around this time. Usually, I eat a meal in between, writing, replying e-mails and doing assignment for the next day lesson.
4:00–7:00 pm Going to the library to learn code and language.
7:00–8:00 pm Going back to my place usually walking or uber.
8:30-9:00 pm Shower, catch up with friends, write tasks for the next day.
9:30 pm–11:00 pm winding down and off to dream land.
That's my usual schedule except Tuesday when I have early class. I also do intermittent fasting so my meal usually consists of breakfast and lunch. It simplify my life so much that I don't have to think about food three times a day.
During the evening, I mostly write top 5 tasks to do for the next day. Then I will set my phone to airplane mode because if not, I will be compelled to check Youtube, discord, or twitter.
It took me about 1-2 hours before I can fall asleep. So usually, before I tucked myself in, I am turning off the lamp, continued with all of my devices 20 minutes before I sleep. Then, I read a little until I am too sleepy to read.
To be honest, that's the refined version of myself. In the past I didn't even have those things. I was taking time for granted which resulted in nothing gets done. Only a little of my project kicked off, I am behind on most of my assignments, finding a hard time to catch up with stuff.
So there's really hope if you want to get your shit together.
