Now I'm fully focused on entrepreneurship, or making, launching and maintaining my own products and services using my skills. Just a couple of days ago I wasn't so sure about this decision. What made me finally decide what to focus on? I realized two important things.
First, we are all going to die. Everyone knows that, but not everyone understands it or believes in it. It's actually very difficult to realize that it's going to happen. Even though I haven't still understood it completely, I decided that I'll just accept it as truth. At least this belief makes me prepared for the worst.
The second thing I realized was that you don't have to focus for your entire life. I can focus on entrepreneurship now, and then when I become more successful in it — I can start investing time into other interests, that are not necessarily going to be profitable. So the key here is: you don't have to do it for your entire life. Focus now, get results and move on if you don't want to do it anymore.
It may be difficult to choose what to focus on. However, keep in mind that the thing you are focusing on is something you love. If you love doing it, why not spend more time on that? If you don't love doing it, why are you even spending time on it then?
