January Summary

Good bye January and hello February! 

Its another new start of the month, first day of the month. Time to reflect what I have achieved for the last one month.

First of all, I am glad that @basilesamel create this writing platform. I can surely say now that writing has become my new daily habit. Though staying strong on the streak is one of the main reason of writing here, it has also made me to be able to think actively and creatively every night. I mentioned every night because I will always do my 200 words right before I go to bed. I will either open my laptop or use my phone and open the browser to this website and from there, my brain will then lead the way of what to write.

Another habit I can say that I am proud to have is my daily morning run for at least an hour. I have been doing this since the start of the new year, for at least 5 times per week. As of today, I have constantly being able to  reached 5KM of run, daily. Hoping to increase that number in the upcoming months. 

I am so happy to be able to successfully registered 2 habits in my system. I also believe that anyone who is reading this right now can actually achieve the same thing. It doesn't take a lot of your time. The run could be an just hour right before you start your daily work. You can always start by walking first and slowly taking up the pace. Writing in the other hand may take up a couple amount of your time at first but once you get the hang of it, it will just be a couple of minutes. Go ahead and challenge yourself!
