It's funny to work in a small company. You are always in the center of everything. Hiring people, firing people, talking with clients, making coffee for the clients, fighting with daily fuck-ups and solving the problems which follow (mostly fuck-ups I made), making contracts, sending invoices, getting invoices, care about invoices after expiration. It's just a daily hassle which the running of the small company brings.
And I don't know what should I think about it. I mean, it's definitely an experience. It cannot be denied, but maybe I got enough already.
I came to my friend's company to handle the websites but as you can see the reality is a little bit different. I still care about it but I don't have much time and recently even losing power. The focus is just flying in other dimensions haha.
The quantity of all kinds of tasks is just enormous and I think if more and more are coming, in total, less I will do. It can be just about the personality I know. Someone just didn't mind to work like that but probably I am no that guy...
Do you like to focus on a specific set of work or you don't mind to do a little bit from everything? Let me know.
Stay with me. Efran.
