His dad showed up at each match and brought him food after we weighed in. The rest of us didn’t have food and were wasted from trying to make wrestling weight. 

Dads. Unfair.


That team spends an extra hour after each game watching the video from the game - and dissecting our plays.

Better coaching. Unfair.


The school system in their country ensures they all speak multiple languages, can do math, and understand hard sciences.

Education. Unfair.


That company has a founding team that already had rewarding exits and they attract money easily.

Capital. Unfair.


English is their native tongue and their whole family speaks it. Copywriting is easy for them.

Language. Unfair.


In the above scenarios, there isn’t actually anything unfair. What’s not fair is the amount of work required to get what you want from life. Nobody says you have to get more than you’re given, that’s something you want for yourself. However, if you fall into the category of humans that know’s deep down — we’re here to go for it! Maybe you need to get on a team. The team that works together to collaborate and share resources and learns from mistakes. 

Team. Unfair.
