I like the idea of a weekly review.
It is short enough to make quick changes.
And it is long enough to start a new habit.
So here is what I thought of this week:
Sugars could be better
Sleep is getting better but a new variable crept up on my Oura ring. Body temperature. It was elevated which interfered with my recovery during my sleep. I need to get to the bottom of this new variable.
I haven't yet started the weight training that I planned for August.
Overall -> C+ here
Things were better here.
I researched what type of design and copy will be effective for the landing page for my kickstarter. It is a complex but interesting science.
Made progress in the different courses I am taking as well.

Things are good here too.
Completed 10X book. Rereading the "Luck" book since I want to focus on that mindset.
Kept my sleep pattern and waking up early.
Stuck to the GTD system for productivity.

I am chasing a few experiments simultaneously... Still chasing the goal of becoming limitless... I need to step it up here..
