We all have the same 24 hours in a day. How we spend them is largely up to us. Sure, there are employers, spouses, and kids demand our attention, but if we really wanted to, we always have a choice what we do with our day.
Some people are already very busy and still seem to successfully take on another new project. How? The answer is PRIORITIES.
The excuse "I just don't have to time to do that." is BS most of the time. We always find time for the things that are really important to us. It's all about what we prioritize in our daily life.
For example, do you want to learn a new language but can't find the time? Make it a priority. Instead of mindlessly scrolling through Instagram for 20 minutes every day you could open the Duolingo app. Can't find time to read a book? Maybe cut down on your time in front of the TV.
Be mindful of what you pay attention to. You tend to prioritize the things where your attention goes. Are those the things that will help you in the long term? Or are they just random?
