Today I am a little bit stuck. So let's use the power of the most dangerous writing app again.
I don't know why but it always helps me write .. at least something.
Let's start with today's journal.
I am keeping this stupid habit of postponing my wake up time. I set the alarm for 6:30 and after it rinks I postpone it to 7:30.
The feeling I can sleep one more hour is more powerful than actually set it to proper time 7:30 haha. But sometimes happened that I am fresher at 6:30 then later ... need to get rid of this stupid squeezing haha.
The work is okay but Wednesday is a long day I go boxing after work (need to stay a little longer at work cuz of that). So I m usually come back home around 9 PM, it's not that late I still have some time to eat, browse the internet and read. but I m trying to be in bed before 11 PM. It's easy for me I m not staying late often.
It's funny that I really exercise just two days per week, I am not able to add at least one more day with a different activity. Don't wanna go just boxing cuz it would get boring and it's also enough to be beaten up two times haha.
I am thinking to add some team sport but so far laziness always wins.
