Morning Routines

I have come to the conclusion that some structure to my morning has been helpful.

Here are three different types of morning routines that I have now:


1. The Gym Morning

If I plan on going to the gym in the morning (2 or 3 times a week):

- Wake up at 5:45

- Get dressed in workout clothes

- Perp food for breakfast and or lunch

- Pack change of clothes

- Workout class at 6:30

- Shower at 7:35

- Eat and write for that day 

- Catch up with social media

- Start work things

2. The Learning Morning

If I plan on learning something new

- Wake up at 6:00/6:30

- Messages/social media

- Start the learning thing

- Get ready for work around 8:00

- Eat and prep food

- Get to work

3. Sleeping in Morning

If I am going to bed after 12/1, I am sleeping in a bit.

- Wake up at 7:00 / 7:30

- Contemplate on why I didn't go to bed early enough

- Get ready

- Eat and prep food

- Get to work


So that's how my typical morning routines look like. I usually decide on what the morning looks like when I am going to bed. Obviously, I am not too strict on it but having that in mind helps with fresh start instead of just laying in the bed with phone in hand.
