I read the Atomic habits book by James Clear (it's his real name ? haha) and part of the process is to point to your actual habits so let's see my morning habits.
I wake up in 6:30 AM
Take my phone and set the alarm to 7:30 AM
Wake up again in 7:30 AM
Checking my phone from 7:30 - approximately until 7:45 AM
Actually, wake up from the bed.
Make my bed
Go to the toilet
Make a coffee
Grab something to eat (usually just some yogurt or fruits)
Sit in front of my laptop
While I am having breakfast checking the sports news, social media, emails.
Finish with the internet browsing
In a hurry - take a shower
In a hurry - brushing my teeth
In a hurry - changing my clothes
Leaving home (approximately around 8:20 AM)
Walk to the public transport station (approximately 10 minutes)
Take a tram (approximately 20 minutes to my destination)
During the ride take a Duolingo exercise (Spanish)
Get out of the tram
Walk to work (approximately 15 minutes) - If I don't have anything to eat at home, I buy something on the way and eat it at work
9:00 AM arriving to work.
Yes, that is my usual morning.
I guess I could improve it hehe.
