"Storytelling is the most underutilized tool by founders, go get your stories straight"
Steve Jobs, at the very early stage, knew how marketing works. He made Apple to associate with certain factors that create an emotional connection with people.
He stressed on, “Apple at the core — it’s core value — is that we believe that people with passion can change the world for the better.”
“The people who believe they can change the world are the ones who do.”
When he said this, he almost certainly knew:
He wasn’t talking about Apple. And he wasn’t even talking about the customers.
He was talking to them.
No matter what story you tell, make your buyer feel good and special. Marketer Marc Gobe, the author of Emotional Branding, said “Apple’s brand is the key to its survival. Without the brand, Apple would be dead. The brand is all they’ve got. The power of their branding is all that keeps them alive. It’s got nothing to do with products.”
All I am saying is, embed some values that people believe into your products/services, communicate well, make use of Storytelling as an integral part of your marketing messages.
Storytelling is the most underutilized tool by founders, go get your stories straight.
