I lost weight while eating chocolate [Part 1]

I've just spent about two months at my parent's house. That also meant going back to the diet I had for the first 18 years of my life, as my mum prepared all the meals. 

I was pretty shocked about what happened to my body!

I actually LOST weight. (And people noticed!)

Now, let me describe what and when I ate daily:

Breakfast 8 am - Two eggs scrambled, a little tomato, cucumber, and capsicum cut up, a few walnuts and half an apple 

Lunch noon - typical German meals, usually with potatoes, meat and some veggies, once a week a fish dish and soup, on Saturdays we do a sweet dish for lunch

Dinner 6 pm - Homebaked wholewheat bread, butter, salami, ham, different types of cheese, tomatoes, pickled gherkins 

Snack 8 pm - Fresh cut fruit like apples, oranges, and kiwi AND chocolates. My family is crazy about chocolate. We indulged daily and were not holding back. 

I should add that I didn't drink any calories though, only water. 

I didn't follow any crazy exercise regime, instead, I went for a walk outside every day with my mum and did a quick 10-minute workout. 

Basically, I ate a lot of the stuff that is supposedly bad: Carbs like potatoes, bread, chocolates, as well as, fats like butter and animal fat in sausages. 

So, how exactly did I lose weight? 

That's not the only amazing thing that happened though: I finally got rid of the bloated feeling in my stomach which I had for years. I finally had a flat stomach.
