I just stepped out of the shower. As I thought yesterday, it was an exhausting Sunday.

I worked the whole day on the new Apartment with my mother. We painted the walls in the main corridor and I finally finished the painting of the kitchen.

From day to day know it is getting more and more liveable. I have to admit, I can't await to move into the new Apartment.

But, I wanted to talk about the Hot Shower. I think almost everbody know the refreshing feeling of a shower. Sure, refreshing if it is cold but also if it is hot.

This leads me to think about why almost all humans feel refreshed after talking a shower?

Water is one of the base materials a human is built of, water and carbon. 70 percent of the human body is build out of water. Why does water feel refreshing for humans?

I think it is because of the reason, the human body is build out of water, but there must be more to it? I think I should do some more research on this topic. Maybe there is an chemical or physiological reason to it? Or maybe it is really just how we humans and our brains work?

@phaidenbauer Perhaps it's the idea of cleansing; not unlike tidying a room, weeding a garden, etc. But then water in general can be quite special, e.g. waves on a beach, a river flowing cleanly...
