It's 10 minutes past midnight here in Kuwait, and I couldn't wait to finally join #TeamStreak.
It's been a wonderful experience writing for the past 30 days, and the 53 other days I've posted on this site. My first post on this site was about the writing bottleneck that I was experiencing, and now that's a thing of the past. I feel more confident in my ability to decide on a topic to write about and see a post through.
This has made writing my weekly newsletter easier, and even posting on Twitter easier (yes, it's possible to overthink posting a tweet). I'm very grateful to @basilesamel for creating this site and to @brandonwilson for encouraging me to maintain my streak. Writing regularly is great. Maintaining a streak feels like a greater accomplishment. It means that I didn't allow minor annoyances get in the way of the streak.
I'm looking forward to many more posts on this site and writings beyond this site.
And for those who haven't maintained a streak, I highly recommend you give it a try. Commit to showing up every day. Aim to get better every day. Whether it's in choosing what to write about or how to say it.
I look forward to seeing #TeamStreak grow in numbers.
