All good things must come to an end, they say. Thank you all so much for your energy and thoughtful words. There never will be such a community that is so open and willing to share vulnerabilities and moments ranging from small to profound. 200 Words A Day will always be a part of my memories, as an incipient effort to be more prolific, more reflective.
I've shared many thoughts--both ones I'm proud of and some I've come to doubt--here for the past several months. I've written about my vacations, people I've met, things I've done, and laid bare candid (and non-politically correct) opinions. If there was a place that ever became a chronicle of my identity, the closest would be here, more so than the likes of Instagram or any other form of social media.
Thank you to each and every one of you for your time to comment to give me life advice, recommendations, compliments, and critiques (and even pictures of your lives), and I feel that level of intimacy is a sweet spot that 200 Words A Day successfully strikes. But I think for now I'm going to explore my reflection in other forms of media, particularly art, and I may just find my way back here in the future--you never know!
