Yesterday I did go to bed kinda late. Around midnight. Yeah, its not that late, haha, but it's unusual for me.
Anyway, I woke up without an alarm at 7.45 AM with full power, fresh and totally rested. I jumped straight out of the bed and made me a breakfast.
I don not understand why it cannot be like that every day. Yes on Saturday I didn't do much and I took even a nap during the day. Maybe I saved some strength for today. Who knows this magic power of human body, haha. I do not.
I also had pretty good meals during the day, maybe another piece to strength puzzle.
I finished all my duties early that day and in the evening just watched some movie. Other plus point maybe.
I haven't watched so much sports on the TV as usual. Maybe I didn't feel the pressure of just hanging around.
Yeah, its just piece by piece which make your days better. Just little things make the difference between bad, unproductive days and productivity madness.
or it is just a luck, the position of the stars or blood pressure ..
As I said who knows, but maybe its time to care a little bit more.
