It's my third posts of changes about my life experiments, the two before are using a sit-stand desk and leaving the camera on all day.
Such a strange behaviour started with the beginning sunlight summer heat, I bought a sunglasses to protect my eyes from sunlight, however, found it's more useful to comfort my eyes from cellphone screen light at night instead. Then it came to my mind when the fluorescent lamp above my head changed and it's intense light my eyes uncomfortable. Consequently, my sunglasses do help in protection from electric light indoors other than sunlight outdoors.
#1 Eye comfort during long time concentration. The direct change is my eyes could afford more intense concentration under a darker environment. Maybe it depends, but for me, my physical conditions are sensitive to screen light. Too bright or dark would make me get tired easily.
#2 Self-identity. It's hard to wear sunglasses and explain it to others at first. Everyone is suffering from not only the intense light but also intense work in silence, why did I take it into action to change my daily routine? It's stubborn and kind of dumb response. But I did and I think I am kind of success in winning back others recognization, too.
