"I have thought about a little and easy hack to take over this issue. Just do it!"
This is a sentence...
I feel stuck when I should start to do something, whatever it is. It may be about procrastination, lack of self-confidence or the seek for perfection.
I waited many times before writing my first piece on 200wad (many months: yeah, since the very beginning actually). In the meantime, I think a lot about this: what should be my first subject? Is my English good enough? Why do I want to start writing? I then end up to not take action, what a shame isn't it?
I have thought about a little and easy hack to take over this issue. Just do it! More seriously, when we have to start to do something but the inertia got us, so let's think about doing this activity for 2 minutes. The point is to get started. Let's take an example: I plan to go for a run but feel lazy at the moment to do it. Instead of thinking to run 10km, I would think about running for 2 minutes. Just 2 minutes and then I come back to my couch. It's not a big deal. So I put my shoes on and start running. The probability is very high that I keep running after 2 minutes. The most challenging part of the process is to get started. When we overcome the process of starting something, the following comes naturally.
When I decided to get started writing on 200wad (thanks Tina), I started by writing something, whatever it is. So I begin with a simple sentence. Then I end up to press the "Publish" button.
