The concept of anti-fragility.
It is beautifully simple.

Practice discomfort - to be comfortable with it.
I fell in love with it when I first heard it.
It makes sense.

Here are a few practical examples of getting anti-fragile.

If you face pain regularly, you wont be that stressed when pain does happen to you.

For example - If you volunteer to present in something like a Toastmasters club, then the time when you are forced to present, you will be more prepared.

If you volunteer to write everyday here at 200 words a day, then when you are forced to write for your business or your job or for your spouse or a letter to a friend - you will nail it.

If you force yourself to sweat everyday, when you are older and need your body to be strong, it will remember how to. Day#2ofSweat Brian!!

If you expose yourself to the painful lows of staring a business, you will know how to handle yourself as you make the most successful kickstarter campaign of all time.

Working my way to becoming an antifragile human being with a dalai lama smile of confidence plastered on my face as I sleep.

@jasonleow - The concept yes. It is Taleb's word and concept. After I heard it, I have tried to apply it in different areas of my life.
When are you going to read it? I have started to depend on your summaries for books I like.

@keni oh haha awesome at least the notes are useful to someone besides myself! It's next on my stack of books, but I kept putting it off, because it looks so daunting, wordy and academic... let's see how far i get 😅

@keni ...leading to a brilliant Oura score in the morning! This concept repeatedly comes up in the audiobook I'm listening to.
