It makes sense.
Here are a few practical examples of getting anti-fragile.
If you face pain regularly, you wont be that stressed when pain does happen to you.
For example - If you volunteer to present in something like a Toastmasters club, then the time when you are forced to present, you will be more prepared.
If you volunteer to write everyday here at 200 words a day, then when you are forced to write for your business or your job or for your spouse or a letter to a friend - you will nail it.
If you force yourself to sweat everyday, when you are older and need your body to be strong, it will remember how to. Day#2ofSweat Brian!!
If you expose yourself to the painful lows of staring a business, you will know how to handle yourself as you make the most successful kickstarter campaign of all time.
