Yes, I heard about Marie Kondo. I even tried once to watch one of her shows, but I couldn't go past the first 10 minutes. I can't stand reality TV setups, it's beyond me. So I have a very vague idea about what her shows and occupations are about. I understand that she's brilliant at organizing things, and at helping people to being organized. I'm sure that she could help tidying up the basement where I store my things. Maybe she would insist that I should get rid of my book boxes. I must have forty-five of them, probably more than 80% of what I store there. I tried to sort some once, last time we moved. I ditched several dozens indeed, but it took me hours to go through just a few boxes. Too time-consuming, I'll wait for the moment we get a real place with bookshelves. Then another area she may help me with is digital cleaning. After having tried many note taking apps, eventually I've been using Stickies ("Post-it"-like notes) on my Mac as the main repository for my notes & to-dos. Even though I try to clean them from time to time, I'm mildly efficient at best at that. I just counted more than 160 notes. So I'm going to do something actually useful, as opposed to this hollow post. I'm going to locate and delete five obsolete stickies. Maybe I should start a new streak: #dailyNoteDeleteStreak, and get busy for semester!
