Maintaining a healthy diet and a proper lifestyle; this is something I'm working on it now! Being healthy and maintain a proper lifestyle is always harder for most of us. In order to maintain such lifestyle, we should always follow a proper routine.

For me, it was really harder! Even through I controlled my food habits and avoid most of the unhealthy food, my weight was around 85kg. So I started eating less carbohydrates, avoid milk, sugar and added more fruits and vegetables to my list. And this resulted a good progress in my health! within in 2 weeks my weight reduced to 82kg.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle you don't need to do intense workouts at gym but you need to keep as active as possible.

If you want to be a well-rounded, healthy individual, here are a couple of staying healthy tips that may help you do just that:

1. A regular exercise routine

2. Follow a simple and easy to do diet plan (which adds fruits and vegetables more.)

2. Increase water consumption

3. Get good sleep

4. Track progress daily/weekly

This are some of the thing I did to reduce my fat and keep a healthy lifestyle. And it worked well!
